Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
